The Healing Arts Building is on the corner of Bush and Octavia St. - 1801 Bush St.
Two-hour street parking is available on the surrounding block/s, except for one-hour parking on the section of Octavia directly out front of the building. It's hit or miss, so please allow yourself ample time to find a spot.
When you arrive at 1801 Bush St., there is a small set of stairs on Octavia and a black gate leading you through the garden courtyard to the front door. A set of stairs on Bush St. also leads to another black gate entry into the courtyard. If you haven't encountered stairs, you're at the wrong gate :)
You'll find a keypad on the righthand side of the front door.

Once you are in the building, make your way to the waiting room behind the glass partition. The restroom is down the right-hand hallway. The restroom code is in your confirmation texts and emails.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment to allow yourself time to use the facilities and an opportunity to take a few deep breaths in the waiting room. We are more sensitive to pain when we feel stressed, so please do your best to arrive relaxed.

If you are more than 5 minutes behind, we may have to compromise or reschedule your services to value everyone's time and to ensure we can maintain the integrity of our service. The service fees will still apply to account for the time booked regardless of services rendered.
